Terms of Service.
What MonkePanel is.
MonkePanel is a Windows desktop application that automates routine tasks for Counter-Strike 2 accounts you own. You install it on your own hardware, point it at your Steam accounts (using credentials and Steam Guard mobile authenticator files that you provide), and it handles the rest. We do not host your accounts and we do not move them between users.
Who can use it.
You must be 18 or older and legally allowed to use software that automates third-party game clients in your country. If you are in a jurisdiction where this kind of automation is restricted, you are responsible for knowing that and acting accordingly.
Your relationship with Valve and Steam.
MonkePanel is independent third-party software. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike®, CS2®, and Steam® are trademarks of Valve Corporation. Using automation tools with a Steam account may violate the Steam Subscriber Agreement and could lead Valve to restrict or ban the accounts involved. You accept that risk knowingly. We never guarantee that any account stays unbanned.
Your licence to use the software.
While your access is active, you get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and run MonkePanel for your own use. You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the software or your access credentials.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it, except where applicable law expressly allows it.
- Use it to attack, scrape, or otherwise interfere with services that are not yours.
- Strip out, alter, or hide licensing, watermark, or attribution mechanisms.
Your Steam accounts and credentials.
You provide your own Steam credentials and your own .maFile Steam Guard files. These stay on your machine. We never collect them and we never need them on our servers. You are responsible for the accounts you point the panel at, and for whatever happens to those accounts as a consequence.
Alpha phase, future pricing, and free use.
During the alpha phase the panel is priced from $6.99 per VM per month with longer commitment discounts. After alpha ends pricing may move to a different model. We will give existing subscribers fair notice on the official Telegram channel before any change. Continued use after a pricing change means you accept the new terms.
Payments and refunds.
When you subscribe:
- Subscription fees are charged in advance for each period.
- Because access to digital software is delivered immediately, refunds are limited to cases where (a) we did not actually deliver access, (b) the build is broken beyond use and we did not resolve it in a reasonable window, or (c) local consumer-protection law expressly requires a refund.
- If you have a billing dispute, contact us first via the Telegram channel before initiating a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your access being revoked.
Your data.
See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how we handle it.
Termination.
We may suspend or revoke access if you break these terms, abuse our systems, threaten our infrastructure, or expose us to legal or payment-processor risk. If we revoke access, prior obligations (including outstanding fees) remain.
As-is, no warranties.
MonkePanel is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every system, or that it will achieve any specific result for you, including farming yield. You use it at your own risk.
Limitation of liability.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or banned Steam accounts. Where law allows us to cap direct damages, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 50 USD, whichever is greater.
Intellectual property.
MonkePanel, the application, source, branding, documentation, and assets, is ours. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. Community-contributed walkbot paths and other user-supplied content remain owned by their authors; by sharing them through the panel you grant other users a licence to use them.
Changes.
We can update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the Telegram channel. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
