03

Steam Subscriber Agreement and Counter-Strike rules.

The Steam Subscriber Agreement (SSA) and the Counter-Strike rules of use are agreements between you and Valve Corporation. MonkePanel is not a party to those agreements and cannot waive, modify, or interpret them on Valve's behalf. Automated gameplay, multi-account farming, and the use of third-party tooling against Steam services may violate Valve's terms and may result in account suspension, banning, removal of in-game items, or other actions by Valve, at Valve's sole discretion.

Before installing or using MonkePanel you should read the current versions of:

If you do not accept the risk that Valve may take action against your accounts, do not use MonkePanel.

04

Risk, liability, and your responsibility.

You assume all risk arising from your use of MonkePanel. That includes, without limitation: the risk that Valve issues a VAC ban, Game ban, community ban, trade restriction, item removal, or account closure on any account you operate with MonkePanel; the risk that the value of in-game items you collect rises or falls; the risk that the software, your hardware, or your network introduces faults that cause data loss or downtime; and the risk that automated gameplay violates the law in your jurisdiction.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MonkePanel, its operators, and its contributors disclaim all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation lost profits, lost items, lost accounts, lost data, lost goodwill, or any other intangible loss. The total liability of MonkePanel for any claim arising from or related to your use of the software shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us for the software in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If you cannot tolerate the complete loss of every Steam account, in-game item, and hardware investment associated with your CS2 case farming activity, do not use MonkePanel.

05

No warranty.

MonkePanel is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We expressly disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, reliability, security, availability, error-free operation, or uninterrupted service. The software may stop working at any time due to changes Valve makes to Steam, Counter-Strike 2, or its anti-cheat systems. We may discontinue the software, the beta, or the service at any time without notice and without liability to you.

06

No account sales, no key sales, no item sales.

MonkePanel is a piece of software. We do not sell Steam accounts, Prime upgrades, CD keys, weapon cases, skins, or any other Steam items, nor do we broker or facilitate such sales. Any site, channel, or person offering such items in MonkePanel's name without our written authorization is not us. We do not endorse the purchase of bulk Steam accounts, and our blog and documentation explicitly recommend against it.

07

You may use MonkePanel only on Steam accounts that you yourself own and that you have the right to operate. You may not use MonkePanel to:

  • Operate accounts that belong to someone else without that person's written consent.
